Technical & training documentations

Detailed documents with start-up and adjustment explanations, exploded views of mechanical parts, list and quantity of wear parts with the supplier reference and specific parts manufactured by SG2C. Maintenance procedures are explained such as the replacement of belts, adjusting of chain / belt tension, preventive replacements, etc.

Spare parts

The customer department can provide spare parts for SG2C and SOGEM machines ( SG2C owns the brand and archives of SOGEM-FL and can propose spare parts similar to original components or equivalent parts with more up-to-date SG2C design in order to reduce maintenance. It will be soon possible to create your list of spare parts on your customer account via an Extranet interface.

Cooperation with OEM partners

We are pleased to share our expertise with other manufacturers wishing to complete their product range. A special rate is applied to facilitate the resale of our standard conveyors. We are developing a “configurator” which will give the outside dimensions of our equipment thanks to 2D or 3D file in order to help the integration into global layouts.
