The SG2C’s team attaches great importance to customer satisfaction:
- by providing project managers advice related to technical solutions, layouts and interface with upstream/downstream equipment to develop a win-win cooperation.
- by making the operators happy to look after nice and efficient machines focusing also on ergonomics, safety, cleanability and easy change-over.
- by giving maintenance technicians, giving them confidence in the equipment by proven technologies and integration as much as possible of standard components with quick replacement.
Technical & training documentations
Detailed documents with start-up and adjustment explanations, exploded views of mechanical parts, list and quantity of wear parts with the supplier reference and specific parts manufactured by SG2C. Maintenance procedures are explained such as the replacement of belts, adjusting of chain / belt tension, preventive replacements, etc.
Spare parts
The customer department can provide spare parts for SG2C and SOGEM machines (sav@sg2c.com). SG2C owns the brand and archives of SOGEM-FL and can propose spare parts similar to original components or equivalent parts with more up-to-date SG2C design in order to reduce maintenance. It will be soon possible to create your list of spare parts on your customer account via an Extranet interface.
Retrofit of control systems
The servo driven SG2C machines are managed by open axis controllers (Rockwell, Beckhoff, Elau) easily understood by clients and if necessary, supported by our technicians with remote maintenance. Pioneer in the 1990′s, the Company SOGEM has delivered many equipment with high speed multiple axes, managed by industrial PCs such as “black boxes” and obsolete systems. SG2C can suggest retrofit solutions to secure your productions.
Cooperation with OEM partners
We are pleased to share our expertise with other manufacturers wishing to complete their product range. A special rate is applied to facilitate the resale of our standard conveyors. We are developing a “configurator” which will give the outside dimensions of our equipment thanks to 2D or 3D file in order to help the integration into global layouts.
