Interpack 2017

SG2C has built a dynamic circuit showing its know-how and innovations:

It includes the SG2C patented “Surf Belts”: a set of very short servo-driven wide belts allowing the alignment of products in rows without contact and without accumulation. This system solves various issues often encountered within production lines, when rows are mixed up after many process transfers.

It also includes a spiral belt curve suitable for small products, a double pull-nose phasing system to change the pitch between rows, angled conveyors for spreading the flow as well as a new generation of Capper servo driven robotic moving station used for dosing cream onto biscuits and making sandwiches.
